Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:

Ingredients:

- One-fourth cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
Method: Heat the oven at 375-degrees. Spray olive oil on a loaf pan. And Use a meat mallot beat the flank steak to about three-fourth inches thick. Chcken Kabobs with Grilled Asparagus
- One-fourth cup sesame oil
- One tablespoon of sherry
- One pound of shitake mushrooms

- Four chicken breast halves

Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
- 6 cloves garlic
- Low fat chicken stock or half cup of dry white wine
- Half cup of chopped fresh Italian parsley

- One pound of peeled, raw shrimp
- A tablespoon of non-hydrogenated soft margarine
- Fettuccine or 6 ounces of wheat linguine.
Method: Heat oil in large non-stick skillet at medium heat and cook red pepper and garlic flakes for a minute. Add stock or wine and bring for boiling. Mix shrimp and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. At last add margarine and parsley and steam until melt.
In the meantime, take water with salt in a pot and boiled, steam pasta for a few minutes. And then drain and mix it to shrimp prepared. Toss for coating with sauce.
Morning Blend La
Ingredients:
- 2 to 4 ice cubes
- Dash of cinnamon
- 3 cups of water
- 2 or 3 scoops of vanilla whey protein
- Dash of ginger
Blend on high for frothy effect
