There are large numbers of OTC and prescription acne medications available in the market to prevent and remove the acne from the surface of the skin.
Doxycycline
There are many oral antibiotics like minocycline, doxycycline or tetracycline available to treat the moderate to severe acne and reduce the infection from the skin.

Benzoyl Peroxide
Benzoyl Peroxide is the best treatment for treating any form of acne. Many products contain this drug such as creams, soaps, lotions and gels. There are many manufacturer who are sold this medications names such as Clearsil, Benoxyl, Clear by Design, Clean & Clear, PanOxyl, Oxy and Neutrogena Acne
It can work rapidly such as fighting against the bacterial infection. But it has some side effects such as irritate the skin. These medications may cause the following conditions:

Minocycline
Minocycline is very effective to fight against bacterial infection. People must take the dose of it, according to the doctors. People who are suffering from acne, take the dose of this medication with a full glass of water. This medication is sold under many trade names like Dynacin, Arestin, Minocin or Minomycin. Do not take it after the expiry date.
