People with acne can reduce the acne by doing moderate exercise regularly. Moderate exercise is used to maintain a healthy body and reduce the emotional stress.

People who are suffered from acne wash the affected area with mild soap and clean water before and after doing the exercise. They can also use a medicated cleansing pad for cleaning the affected area.

People with acne do not do exercise in the sweat clothes and wet bathing clothes. They must perform the exercise after wearing the dry clothes.

People with acne should not use clothes that are made of lycra and nylon. Therefore, they should wear loose-fitting clothes during doing exercise for acne. Air can easily pass to these types of clothes. Do not wear synthetic fabrics; it can grow bacteria, which is the main cause of developing acne. Because these types of clothes heat from the skin and trap the moisture.

Role of make-up in exercise for acne

While performing the exercise forremoving acne, people must wear a little or light make-up. People with acne should not wear the oil-free cosmetics and non-comedogenic cosmetics. Because during the exercise, they may clog the pores of the skin. After performing the exercise for reducing acne from the surface of the skin, one should wash off the face as soon as possible.

Role of sunscreen in exercise for acne

When people are performing exercise outdoors, therefore they should wear sunscreen with SPF for protecting from the ultraviolet rays. People with acne do not use the sunscreen lotion or cream for a long term because it will be clogged the pores and create some problems related to skin. After completing the exercise, people must wash off the face as soon as possible because it can goes deep in the skin and gives the best results.

Hence, a healthy exercise program will be used by people with acne, for removing acne from the surface of the skin. Healthy body makes a healthy skin. While doing exercise head gear, sports gear and other equipments should keep clean because it can cause acne.
