  • Cut the amount of calories consumed everyday. To reduce 1lb in a week, you will have to cut around 1670 kcal in the whole week. Thus, slowly week by week you can reduce the extra flab of fats from our body.
  • Food items which are full of vitamins, proteins and anti-oxidants should be consumed which provides our body with the sufficient health values. These food values also contain very less calorie which helps to maintain the fat content.
  • Start taking low calorie nutritious diet food items like pastas, spaghettis etc. to cut the amount of calories per day.
  • Avoid eating three heavy meals in a day. Instead five to six small meals should be taken throughout the day.
  • Avoid drinking high calorie drinks like colas, fruit juices and sweets like chocolates, creams etc.
  • Daily perform some kind of physical exercises like aerobics, skipping, swimming etc. to tone up the fat on the body muscles. Usually brisk walking is said to be one of the best ways to loose weight.
  • Drink lots of water as it removes the unnecessary minerals and the toxins which accumulate and thus increase the fat in the body.
  • Oily and high calorie junk food items should be avoided to loose weight easily.

Dieting and avoiding eating food is not a good idea if you are trying to loose weight. Instead, drinking lots of water, and eating low calorie food with a regular exercising helps you to actually cut down the fat and simultaneously tone your body.
