To be effective for reducing weight, vegetables should constitute 50-75% of your food. One great advantage of eating vegetables is that they do not contain any fat. Significant amount of fat is not added to the body even if large of amount of vegetables are consumed. In fact, eating vegetables would encourage weight loss, as eating a lot would make you feel satisfied, full, and energetic after your meal.
Green Tea
Drinking a lot of green tea would encourage in the process of fat burning. Green tea is also a good source of ant-oxidants which would keep us healthy and free from any disease. Some people think that drinking of coffee can also help in reducing fat.
But, people drink too much coffee thereby neutralizing its good effect. Green tea contains some amount of caffeine which provides the fat burning ability. Other components of green tea would keep us healthy and away from sickness.
