Perfume Oil
Perfume is made up of essential oil and aromatic compounds. Essential oil contains the essence of plant from which it is extracted. Essential oil is not exactly same as perfume or fragrance oils.
Where essential oil is derived from natural plants extracts, perfume and fragrance oil is artificially created one. Some time fragrance or perfume oils are mixture of essential oil which is diluted with carrier oils. Thus perfume oil does not have therapeutic benefit that is found in essential oils.
Essential oil is used in various beauty products, skin care products, candles and in beauty treatments like aromatherapy.
Perfume oil is specially scented oil which is derived synthetically from essential oils and other aromatic substances.
This oil becomes the bases for notes in any perfume. Perfume oils comes in variety of aromas like flowery, wood, plants, ocean etc. on the basis of these aromas scents are categorized.

Some perfumes are mixture of these aromas. Perfume oil have aura of Oud. Oud is made up of resin found in Aquilaria trees. Particularly Oud refers to Agarwood, Aloeswood and Eaglewood. Oud is concerned with spiritual meditation according to Bible. And it has significance role played in romantic and mystics. Agarwood Is found originally in Assam , India . It is very expensive wood and its rate is more than $27.000 per pound. The agar wood oil obtained from tree is of extreme good quality. |
Jojoba oil is a sort of vegetable oil. It is very healthy oil and good for skin and body. It is yellow in color but for cosmetic products colorless jojoba oil is used. Jojoba oil is used as base for any perfume. It is used to dilute essential oil too.
Perfume oils are abstracted from essential oils by solvent extraction. High quality solvents are used to make these oils. The oil that is obtained after solvent-extraction is called “absolutes”. In the end this process solvent gets evaporated. When abstracts are diluted for making perfume one can sense the fragrance of solvents. This essence is felt by body and remains for a long time.
Lavender is oil which comes in both forms essentials as well as absolutes. Perfumes use lavender absolute. It is preferred for aromatherapy. Rose is a flower which is distilled and extracted from solvents. Rose absolute is very expensive one.
