Noni Juice Dosage
Noni juice is beneficial in treating dieses like ulcer, rheumatism, pain, allergies and other problems too. It contains antioxidant qualities, and act as a boosting agent for body.
It is beneficial for every one. Any person of any age can take this, but amount taken varies from age, sex and complexity of disease. It must be taken 30 minutes before intake of food.
Here is given average ounces that should be taken as a test for 3 days.
Adults
People having age 16 and above comes under this category. It is recommended to take 1 tsp (table spoon) before breakfast and dinner.
Child
Under 16 years children should take 1 tablespoon before breakfast only.
Try this up to 3 days, if no side effect occurs, one can continue and also increase amount taken.
Loading Serving One Month
People who are advised to take noni juice for one month, had to follow the amount stated below
Adults can take 2 oz before breakfast and 2 oz before dinner. 2 oz is equal to 30ml. children must take half the amount that adult take that is 1 oz.
Therapeutic serving (2-4 months)
Patient suffering from ulcer, depression, stress, cold, pain are advised to take noni juice for 2-4 months. It depends upon the complexity and how old disease is.
Adults should take 2 oz before breakfast and 1 oz before dinner. And children must take 1 oz before breakfast and ½ oz before dinner.
Maintenance/Prevention Serving (7+ months)
Generally such a long time slot is allotted to people having complicated dieses like cancer, heart problems. People who are suffering from Sevier pain from long time are also permitted to take it regularly for long time.
Adults should take 1 oz before breakfast and dinner. And children are advised to take same amount only one time before break fast
Not Recommended To
People who suffer from diagnosed illness must not follow this chart. In that case special chart is made for the patient. Pregnant women, children (under 5 years) and people suffering from liver and kidney disease should not use noni juice.
