As children, we were always asked to cut our nails short and also keep them clean. But do you really know why we were asked to do this? Also, it is usually considered that it looks trendy to color the nails differently as per the color of our evening dress for a party or a dinner.

But sometimes, many people don’t take proper or the required care of their nails which thus results in to the formation of fungal growth, brittle nails etc. which is harmful even for the body. These fungal growths make our nails lose their beauty, and also their shape. They get deformed and look very dirty.

  • Cut your nails regularly and also shape them up properly. Always be careful with your nails and their health.

  • At lease once in a week, soak your fingers in a bowl of warm water with some salt and soap.
  • Clean your fingers properly and then wipe them in a clean towel.
  • Clean the dead cuticles of the nails back using a cuticle stick.
  • Apply the good quality lotions and creams on your nails regularly while doing any relaxation jobs such as watching TV, listening to music etc.
  • Daily before sleeping at night moisturize your fingers and hands with a good moisturizer.
