Fungal Problems

Fungal problems can be a result of heat and humidity or weakened immunity.

It is almost seen at foot and fungal nails. Fungal problems are most common in adults and children.

Fungal problem reduce by cage hygiene and proper nutrition.

Athlete’s foot:

Normally, it starts between the toes and may spread to the bottom and sides of the foot. Athlete’s foot is spread in places where people go barefoot , it is cause a fungus problem.

Fungal nails:

Fungal infection may infect nails turning them green, yellow, black or other colors. It can cause nail inflammation, nail thickening or sensitivity.

Tips for away fungal problems:-

  1. Wash and clean your feet daily. Clean and dry feet help stop a fungus. You should use talcum foot powder. Sweat and moisture help the infection to grow but use of talcum foot powder to keep your feet dry and clean.

  2. Manicures and pedicures will reduce the fungus. Wear comfortable shoes that are made of materials, as leather, canvas or mesh materials.

  3. Wear shower shoes in swimming pool and shower areas. Clip your toenails, it will reduce the risk of cracking, breaking and splitting the toenail.

  4. Before using the artificial nails and nail polishes, you should examine packages of these items.
